Challenge
The shell — a raw Grade-A floor with a 4.2m clear height — needed acoustic privacy for legal teams, a public-facing client lounge, and a discreet principal suite, all without partitioning the daylight.

Approach
We carved the floor with full-height fluted-glass screens and a hand-troweled lime-plaster spine. The principals' wing is concealed behind a 12-metre walnut library that doubles as the boardroom entrance.
