Challenge
Operator standards, life-safety and an aggressive pre-opening calendar had to coexist with a bespoke material story (raw silk, hand-cast bronze, end-grain oak).

We ran a parallel mockup suite at full scale in our workshop, allowing the operator to sign off finishes, lighting scenes and acoustic performance before site fabrication began.
